As the second week of Spring arrives, I am reminded of new beginnings and the promise of a fresh start that happens around this time each year. The air feels different, birds are chirping, and there is an undeniable sense of hopefulness and appreciation in my heart.
Our family has been taking full advantage of each free moment, playing in the sweet outdoors before Keane leaves for Wyoming.
We've spent lazy Sunday mornings in the park,
and full days exploring secluded Colorado hiking trails.
Soon we will be a married couple, divided by 380 miles and a state line. Although our upcoming separation will be trying on both our souls, I find comfort in the memories we are making each moment we spend enjoying this wonderful season together.
I love Spring and all it has to offer.
